Before anything ships, we stage your exhibit in our warehouse to make sure every element fits and functions properly. Local clients often visit to walk through the setup and sign off before it leaves the facility. Once everything is approved, we pack and ship it directly to the venue. Our install team travels to the show to handle setup on-site, ensuring that when your team arrives, the booth is in place and ready to go. We remain in the area during the event, so there’s always someone available if you need assistance. At the end of the show, we return to dismantle, pack, and ship everything back to our warehouse for storage or prep for the next event. From pre-show staging to post-show teardown, we manage the full process with consistency and attention.
